Refund Policy
If it is raining before the event starts, I will try to determine if it will clear up in a reasonable time, if so the event will continue as scheduled. If not a rain date will be provided. Ie if our scheduled start time is 8:30am and it is raining but will clear up by 10am, I will adjust the start time to 10am when the rain has stopped.
The Rain date will try to be either the day before or after the event is scheduled if possible, I.E if we have an event scheduled for Saturday, I will try to move the event to Sunday. Conversely if the event is scheduled on a Sunday and it looks like the weather will not be good, I will try to move it to Saturday.
If this isn’t possible I will determine a date.
If it rains during the event but we complete 4 hours of the event, there is no refund or rain date. Most markets only go for 4 hours, although I allow everyone to stay throughout the day, 8+ hours in some cases, I shouldn’t be expected to guarantee 8 hours of sun.
During the event, if it begins to rain and continues for an over an hour and we can not continue, I will give a rain date where you can attend for free to make up for the rained out date.
If the event is closed after being open for 4 hours the event is considered complete for the day.
Payments are due within 72 hours of confirming your registration.
